Was it New Orleans 2013 or Woodstock 1969? With all the daisy chains, cutoffs, tie-dye and fringy leather — not to mention lots and lots of mud — the fashion scene at the recently held New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival was certainly a blast from the past. But this time around, the crowd came well prepared with what seemed like wellie boots for all.
